Isn’t this free now with Meta’s AI agent?
Meta’s agent answers messages. Kratern runs the whole patient journey for your clinic: answers written to DHA’s rules, bookings into your diary, reminders, recalls and a weekly report in AED, set up and managed for you.
Will it ever give medical advice?
No. It never diagnoses, comments on symptoms or recommends treatment. Anything clinical goes to a named person on your team, and in an emergency it gives the UAE ambulance number, 998.
Do we keep our WhatsApp number?
Usually, yes. Meta lets most numbers run the WhatsApp Business app and an automated system side by side, so your team can still reply from the phone. If your number can’t, we set up a second one with you.
What patient data do you handle?
Only what’s needed to book: name, number, treatment and preferred time. No medical history, photos or X-rays. We sign a data-processing agreement with every clinic, and your WhatsApp account stays in your name.
How quickly can we go live?
First replies go live within 5 working days of your Meta access being ready, or your first month is free. Reminders, recalls and reporting are switched on in stages over the following weeks.
Does it work with our practice software?
It books into Google Calendar as standard. For practice software, we connect where your system allows it, and we check that on the first call.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Plans are monthly. Cancel within 30 days of going live and we refund the unused month; after that, give 30 days’ notice. Setup fees are not refundable.
Does it answer phone calls?
Not yet. A voice agent for calls in Arabic and English is coming soon, and founding clinics get it first.
Which clinics do you work with?
Dental, aesthetic and dermatology clinics in Dubai first. If you run another kind of specialist clinic, book a call and we’ll tell you honestly whether it fits.
